Start with a plastic shaft and a cap. |

Screw the shafts onto the existing bolts at 305mm intervals. |

Wrap the insulation around the structure. |
 |
Push each shaft through the insulation. |
 |
Once the shaft is through the insulation, place the cap over the shaft to complete the installation. |
